Mack Moore, a Partner at
Scope Enterprises, is responsible for managing a team of experienced
and knowledgeable mortgage banking and technology professionals who
provide consulting services for Loan Administration and Information
Technology projects. Mack focuses on developing a comprehensive understanding
of Client requirements, aligning the appropriate talent to meet their
unique business issues, and structuring consulting engagements which
result in material and beneficial value.
Mack has twenty plus years experience in the mortgage banking and financial services industries. He has extensive experience in managing a national consulting practice that dealt with all areas of mortgage banking. Mack previously worked at Corporate Management Advisors (CMA) as Senior Vice President of the Consulting Solutions Group. Prior to his affiliation with CMA, Mack held leadership positions at ALLTEL/CPI where he was Senior Vice President in charge of Conversions, Acquisitions, Consulting, Training and Customer Support. He also held senior level management positions in Loan Administration at U.S. Home Mortgage and The Commonwealth Corporation. Mack received his B.S. degree in Business Management from Florida State University.
